Zuari – OPC Grade 53 (Ordinary Portland Cement – Grade 53)Also known by the name 'grey cement'. Used to produce pre-stressed & precast concrete with high strength. Meets BIS requirements of minimum 28 days compressive strength which should not be less than 53 MPa (IS : 269 – 2015).”

Being a high strength cement, it provides numerous advantages wherever concrete for special high strength application is required, such as in the construction of skyscrapers, bridges, flyovers, chimneys, runways, concrete roads and other heavy load bearing structures.

ZUARI CEMENT

OPC 43 GRADE

ZUARI OPC 43 GRADE is a type of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) that is commonly used in general construction projects. 43 Grade Cement is called so because it refers to the minimum compressive strength that the cement can achieve after 28 days of curing, which is 43 megapascals (MPa).

Zuari Cement 43 GRADE is preferable for M20 & above grade concrete. It is used in general Civil Engineering construction work i.e. RCC work, brick masonry, plastering, pointing, flooring etc.

PPC CEMENT

ZUARI PPC is a type of blended cement. It consists of 15-35% pozzolanic material, 4% gypsum and the rest is clinker. PPC as per BIS code is equivalent to that of 33 grade.

Zuari Cement PPC is produced by blending high quality fly ash with a very high quality clinker. This provides very high compressive strength additionally in the long run. Zuari Cement PPC gains strength consistently, and over a longer period than OPC, helping structures become stronger and durable.
